The friendly football match between Morocco and Argentina will indeed take place, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) has just confirmed on its website.
The information had been circulating last week and was finally confirmed on Monday by the FRMF. Thus, the match will take place on March 26 at the Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat.
Argentina should therefore make the trip to Morocco but disappointment for Moroccan fans who will not see FC Barcelona star Lionel Messi, absent for this match.
This match will serve as preparation for Hervé Renard’s men for the final phase of the next Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt 2019.
