Morocco Honors World Cup Semi-Finalists with Commemorative Postage Stamp

Launched under the theme "National Team of Morocco-Dima Maghrib", this stamp will be sold from December 28 in the Barid Al-Maghrib network and on the philatelic portal philatelie.ma, according to a press release.

The objective is to honor the unprecedented feat of the Atlas Lions, who reached the semi-finals, a first in the history of Moroccan, African and Arab football.

"This postage stamp thus enriches the philatelic collection dedicated to sport in general and football in particular, which includes several dozen postage stamps, the latest of which is the one dedicated to the Moroccan national team qualified for the 2018 World Cup".
