Morocco’s High-Speed Train ’Al Boraq’ Ranks 8th Fastest Globally, Forbes Reports

The Forbes magazine has just released a ranking of the world’s fastest trains. The Moroccan high-speed train, "Al Boraq", ranks 8th internationally.
Connecting Casablanca to Tangier, the Moroccan TGV, "Al Boraq", which was inaugurated in November 2018, was ranked among the 15 fastest trains in the world. With a top speed of 232 km/h, "Al Boraq" took 8th place, outperforming the Turkish and Saudi trains.
At the top of the list is the Chinese high-speed train, G17, connecting Beijing to Yangon, with a speed of 317 km/h, followed by the Italian train, with 272.4 km/h and the French TGV, with 271.8 km/h.
