Morocco Health Ministry Debunks Coronavirus Rumors, Confirms Zero Cases

The Minister of Health denied, in a press release, a rumor that a sub-Saharan African student enrolled at the Multidisciplinary Faculty of Nador had contracted the coronavirus. For the minister, this is only intended to sow panic and confusion among the population.
To date, reassures the minister, no case of coronavirus infection has been recorded throughout the Kingdom. Also, the results of the analyses of the 13 suspected cases prove to be negative for the pandemic.
Furthermore, a daily update of data relating to the epidemiological situation associated with the coronavirus is carried out and published on the official website and social networks.
The ministry reaffirmed that it will continue to communicate transparently with the national public opinion on the development of this news, as has been the case since the beginning of this situation.
