Morocco’s ’Hamza mon bb’ Scandal: High-End Prostitution Ring Leader Faces Trial in Marrakech

Nicknamed "Hadna", the mastermind of a high-end prostitution network operating from bars and shisha lounges in Marrakech, will be brought to justice this week.
Prosecuted for criminal organization, human trafficking, insults and defamation, the suspect, who acted with impunity in the ochre city, exposed citizens and foreign investors to blackmail and fraud, through fake Instagram accounts under the name Hamza mon bb.
The defendant, whose pimping activities and trafficking of minors had been the subject of reports aired on foreign channels, will be questioned about his relationship with the controversial account.
Several people involved in the case will also be summoned by the National Brigade of the Judicial Police, including the husband of a doctor who acts as an intermediary and right-hand man of the detained director of the Urban Agency, prostitutes as well as a Moroccan artist who frequents nightclubs.
