Morocco Flight Prices Drop 20%, Boosting Tourism Appeal

Airline ticket prices for Morocco have decreased this year compared to 2019.
Morocco ranks 11th in the top 15 MisterFly destinations. The average booking price has dropped from 274 euros to 217 euros, a decrease of 20.8%. France and the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) are at the top of the ranking in terms of dry flight sales made during the week of June 1st. According to the online travel agency, these destinations account for more than 45% of the overall volume (i.e. +16% versus the previous year).
The destinations of Spain, Portugal and Greece are better sold than last year, the same source specifies. Not to mention the West Indies and Réunion. Morocco, on the other hand, is not in the "best-sellers" category for the summer with 2.8% in 2020 against 8.7% the previous year. The COVID-19 crisis has taken its toll...
