Morocco Fans Rank in Top 10 for World Cup Ticket Sales, FIFA Reports
On the eve of the World Cup kick-off, FIFA has unveiled the ranking of the countries that will have the largest number of supporters, based on those who have purchased a large number of match tickets. Morocco is in the top 10.
In Qatar, the Atlas Lions can count on the support of thousands of supporters from all over the world.
Between Moroccans residing or coming from neighboring countries in the Gulf and those who will make the trip from the Kingdom to support the national team, the excitement is mounting as Morocco’s debut approaches, scheduled for Wednesday against Croatia (11am).
According to the figures released by FIFA, Moroccans are in the Top 10 of supporters who have purchased the most tickets, without however giving the number of tickets purchased.
At the top of this ranking, we find the Qatari, Argentine and Brazilian supporters who will be present in large numbers during this global football event.
