Morocco Faces Tough World Cup Group with Croatia, Belgium, and Canada

National coach Vahid Halilhodzic reacted to the World Cup draw, describing Group F inherited by Morocco as "very difficult".
Thus, in the group stage of the competition, Morocco will have to face Croatia, Belgium and Canada. A very strong group for the coach of the Atlas Lions, who remains confident nonetheless.
In a statement to the press, Halilhodzic said "this is a very difficult draw with the world runners-up, Belgium third and the best team in North America".
However, the coach does not admit defeat and believes he will be able to motivate his team to achieve the exploit.
"In any case, there are no small teams. In Brazil (in 2014, ed.), with Algeria we had almost achieved a huge exploit against Germany, so I will try to do the same with Morocco. Anything is possible, we have to believe in it. These are great teams with exceptional players. We will have to prepare well," he insisted.
Finally, the coach predicts a very good World Cup edition. "Qatar will host a great World Cup, it will be a great show for everyone. The stadiums and pitches are magnificent and we will have beautiful play and high quality football," he said.
