Morocco to Face USA, Brazil in U17 Women’s World Cup Group Stage

The draw for the teams qualified for the U17 Women’s World Cup took place on Friday in Zurich. Morocco has been drawn in Group A with India, the United States and Brazil.
The FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup will take place in India from October 11 to 30. After the draw, Morocco finds itself in the same group as host India, the United States and Brazil.
This is the first time Morocco has qualified for this competition. The Atlas Lionesses had beaten their Ghanaian counterparts on penalties (4-2) to get there.
In Group B, there are Germany, Nigeria, Chile and New Zealand, while Group C is composed of Spain, Colombia, Mexico and China. Group D consists of Japan, Tanzania, Canada and France.
