Morocco Extends COVID-19 State of Emergency to March 31 Amid Ongoing Pandemic Concerns

Morocco has decided to extend the state of health emergency until March 31, in order to fight the spread of Covid-19 in the country.
A draft decree was initiated in this direction during the government council held on Thursday, February 24, according to a statement from the executive.
This extension of the state of health emergency will notably ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the measures taken in the framework of this fight against the spread of the pandemic, it is specified.
