Morocco Emerges as Top Travel Destination for 2020, Boosted by Cultural Investments

The next vacations are being prepared right now. That’s why Bousorama Lifestyle has selected for you a few destinations still unknown to the general public but which combine pleasure, comfort and unforgettable experiences. Among these destinations worth a visit, Morocco, as one might expect, is well placed.
Why should you go to Morocco in 2020? The answer seems obvious when we know that the Kingdom has strived to improve its infrastructure, more precisely in the cities of Fez, Essaouira, Meknes and Marrakech. The ochre city has every chance of becoming the first African Capital of Culture in 2020.
Long neglected for Brazil and Argentina in terms of tourism, Uruguay is nevertheless worth a visit, according to Bousorama. Apart from the capital Montevideo which is very European, the country is full of tourist attractions such as natural sites, the white sand beach in Punta del Este, the sea lions on Isla de Lobos, and then disconnect in the small fishing village of Cabo Polonia. All against a backdrop of tango, football and beef parrilladas.
A little further away, in Central Asia, is a country that has decided, in terms of tourism, to emerge from the shadows into the light. Uzbekistan, since that’s what it’s about, has been opening up to the outside world since the arrival of President Chavkat Mirzioïev. For those who wish, the city of Samarkand, with its mosques, madrasas and Uzbek gardens, is an absolute must-see.
What about Chile with its landscapes mixing volcanoes, fjords, deserts and glaciers? The country offers beautiful hikes, horseback rides and climbing sessions. The region has welcomed two new national parks since May 2019: Pumalin and Patagonia.
And to conclude this hike to the destinations to visit in 2020, let’s go to Costa Rica. A country that makes the protection of the environment an ideal to preserve. On the lands of Pura Vida, 90% of the energy sources used are renewable and the country is well positioned to achieve carbon neutrality in 2020, according to the same source.
