The Moroccan national futsal team got off to a flying start in their first match against Kuwait, as part of the Arab Futsal Cup that started last Monday in Saudi Arabia. The Atlas Lions won 6-4.
The match was not an easy win given the physical and technical potential of the two teams. But the Moroccan players, through sheer determination, managed to gain the upper hand. Driss Raiss Fenni scored three goals on his own, and Youssef Jaouad was named man of the match.
