Morocco Dominates Group Stage at FIFAe Nation Cup, Advances to Second Round

The Moroccan e-football team distinguished itself during the FIFAe Nation Cup being held from July 11 to 14 in Saudi Arabia. After a brilliant run in the group stage, the team qualified for the second round, taking first place in Group B with a total of 17 points.
The return matches were marked by a clear victory against France (5-1) and a victory against Malaysia (3-1), with also three draws against Finland, Italy and the United States.
This is a very good performance for the Moroccan national team, which thus qualifies for the second consecutive time for the FIFAe Nations Series. The team had already distinguished itself by becoming the champion of the Africa and Middle East region, following its victory in the final against South Africa. Note that France, Italy and Finland also passed this first stage of the tournament.
Organized by FIFA in Riyadh, this e-football tournament is worth one million dollars. The winning team will be rewarded with a prize of $300,000, followed by the second place which will receive $150,000. The teams ranked third and fourth will receive $75,000 each.
