Morocco’s COVID-19 Recovery Rate Surpasses 50% as Cured Cases Near 3,650

The number of people cured of coronavirus continues to rise in Morocco. Three days before the theoretical date of deconfinement, it is approaching the bar of 3,645 cases, with the recording of 158 cases of remission. The recovery rate is now 53.62%.
57 new confirmed infections have been recorded; bringing the total number of cases to 6,798 infected people.
No new deaths have been recorded yet this Sunday, bringing the number of deaths to 192 with a fatality rate that is stabilizing at 2.82%.
Furthermore, the 57 new confirmed cases of coronavirus were recorded in 9 regions, namely Casablanca-Settat, 1,969 (+29); Marrakech-Safi, 1,262 (+7); Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma, 953 (+5); Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, 667 (+4); Fès-Meknès, 941 (+3); Béni Mellal-Khénifra, 112 (+3); Drâa-Tafilalet, 58 (+2); Oriental, 180 (+2), Souss Massa, 77 (+2). The situation remains unchanged in the other regions.
