Morocco’s COVID-19 Cases Rise to 1,763 as Recoveries Top 200

Morocco has recorded 102 new people infected with covid-19, this Monday at 6 pm. This now brings the number of positive tested cases to 1,763.
According to the director of epidemiology and disease control at the Ministry of Health, Mohamed El Youbi, the number of people declared cured has exceeded the 200 mark (203 cases) against 126 deaths.
For the specialist, 69 of the 102 cases recorded on Monday were identified thanks to the vigilance of their entourage.
To date, the Casablanca region is the most affected in Morocco with 521 cases, followed by Marrakech (335) and Rabat (233).
In addition, the number of cases excluded after negative analysis results carried out in the laboratory stands at 7,365.
