Morocco Coach Halilhodzic Praises Team After Sixth Straight World Cup Qualifier Win

In a press conference after the match between Morocco and Guinea, the coach of the Atlas Lions declared that "Moroccan supporters must be proud of their national team". While expressing his satisfaction with the performance of the Moroccans on Tuesday evening, the coach called on his players to remain in the same state of mind for the other competitions to come.

Vahid Halilhodzic affirmed, during the press conference, that the Moroccan players delivered on Tuesday a satisfactory performance compared to the one against Sudan. "For this match, there was better content than the match against Sudan. The team created a lot of opportunities. We are the only team in the world to have achieved 6 consecutive victories in the World Cup qualifiers," he retorted proudly.

The coach of the Atlas Lions also stated that "Moroccan supporters must be proud of the performances achieved by the national team". Morocco is the only one to win as many victories as matches for the World Cup qualifying round.
