Morocco Coach Halilhodzic to Address Future After CAN 2021 Exit

Eliminated from CAN 2021 in the quarter-finals, the Atlas Lions returned this Tuesday morning to Morocco. They did not make any statements to the press, but Vahid Halilhodzic will hold a press conference on Thursday at the Mohammed VI complex to review the Cameroonian experience and discuss "his future" at the head of the Moroccan selection.
It was very early this Tuesday that the Moroccan players landed at Rabat-Salé airport. Instead of a statement to the press, the coach, who hurried to get on the bus, plans to hold a press conference this Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Mohammed VI football complex.
The atmosphere was not that of the good old days. Leaving for Cameroon, full of hope, they returned crushed and disappointed by their elimination from the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations. None of them wanted to confide in the press, except the coach who quickly launched that he will give a press conference on Thursday.
