Morocco’s CAN 2019 Schedule Released: Lions to Face Namibia in Opener

After the draw, it’s time for the serious things with the release by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) of the schedule of the 52 matches planned as part of the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN 2019).
Scheduled from June 21 to July 19 next in Egypt, this competition will see the opening match between host Egypt and the Zimbabwe team at the Cairo International Stadium, while the Moroccan team will meet its Namibian counterpart two days later, on Sunday, June 23 at 4:30 pm. The Moroccan players will surely have to prepare for the intense heat.
The second match of the Atlas Lions will take place on Friday, June 28 at 7pm against the very difficult Ivory Coast team, while Morocco’s last match is scheduled for July 1 in Cairo against the South African team.
To recall, Morocco is in Group D.
