Morocco Braces for Scorching Heat Wave as Temperatures Soar Above 40°C

Summer has well and truly settled in Morocco, with very high temperatures, particularly in the south of the country, where the mercury will largely exceed 40 degrees.
According to forecasts from the National Meteorology Directorate (DMN), it is expected this Tuesday, July 9, 2019, a rather hot weather in the Southeast, the Far South and the South of the Oriental.
In terms of temperatures, it will be 24 to 29 degrees this morning in the far south and southeast, and 17 to 23 degrees elsewhere.
In the afternoon, we expect 23 to 28 degrees on the reliefs and near the coasts, between 35 and 41 degrees in the South of the Oriental, the Southeast slopes and the far south of the country, and between 42 and 44 degrees in the far southeast, and between 29 to 34 degrees elsewhere, still according to DMN forecasts.
