Morocco Braces for Intense Heat Wave with Temperatures up to 45°C in Multiple Provinces

After the thunderstorms, a heat wave with temperatures ranging between 39°C and 45°C is expected from this Friday until Saturday, June 18, 2022 in several provinces of the kingdom, including Fez.
This heat wave of 39°C to 45°C will affect this Friday the provinces of Guercif, Taounate, Ouezzane, Fez, Moulay Yacoub, Khouribga, Fquih Ben Salah, Beni Mellal, El Kalaa des Sraghna, Taroudant, Oujda, Tata, Zagora, Errachidia, Assa-Zag, Es-Semara, Aousserd and Oued Ed-Dahab, the DGM specified in an orange alert weather bulletin.
Temperatures of 39°C to 44°C are expected on Saturday, June 18 in the provinces of Oujda, Taroudant, Assa-Zag, Es-Semara, Agadir-Ida-Outanane and Tata, adds the same source.
