Severe Thunderstorms to Hit Multiple Moroccan Provinces After Heat Wave

The General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM) forecasts this Tuesday, June 21, heavy thunderstorms, gusty winds and hail in several provinces of the kingdom, including Béni Mellal.
After the heat wave, thunderstorms (25-40 mm) will affect this Tuesday from 12pm to 11pm the provinces of Taroudant, Al Haouz, Chichaoua, Azilal, Ouarzazate, Tinghir, Midelt, Béni Mellal, Khénifra, Boulemane, Ifrane, Errachidia and Figuig, the DGM specifies in an orange weather alert bulletin.
