Morocco Boosts Rail Service for School Holiday Travel Rush
The National Railway Office (ONCF) intends to offer better safety and comfort conditions to its customers during the school holidays. In this sense, it has developed a special plan covering the period from November 1 to 12.
Ensuring the movement of passengers in the best conditions of safety and comfort, in particular, through the strengthening of the offer on the main axes of the network, namely Casablanca, Rabat, Fez, Marrakech, Tangier and Oujda, as well as through the mobilization and strengthening of the teams in charge of the reception, information and guidance of passengers both in the stations and on board the trains.
This is the commitment that the ONCF has made to its customers for the school holidays.
Thus, the ONCF has further developed its pricing range, which now offers advantageous price levels, depending on the advance purchase, the choice of train schedule and the travel date, according to a press release from the Office.
Similarly, the ONCF has invited its customers to adopt six rules to travel cheaper. These are to buy tickets in advance, to travel on the dates when prices are lowest, to choose the best train of the day, to think about buying a round trip to take advantage of more advantageous prices, and to buy tickets with a discount card.
