Morocco Announces Early Release of Baccalaureate Exam Results on June 23

Contrary to the first announcement, a week earlier, from the Ministry of National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research, the results of the Moroccan Baccalaureate of the 1st ordinary session, from June 11 to 13, will be known this Sunday.
According to the Department of Saaïd Amzazi, which issued a press release on Friday, June 21, this decision was made following the fluidity of the correction phase of the exams. This was made possible thanks to a computer system for marking by teachers, at the level of the selected correction centers. Thus, the candidates will be informed of their fate, this Sunday, June 23, 2019, from 10 a.m., on the platform, taalim.ma, for candidates registered at the establishment and, on Tarchihat (applications), for free candidates.
Indeed, a week ago, the Ministry of National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research announced that the Baccalaureate results would be posted on Wednesday, June 26. Today, it states that this date will finally be brought forward by three days. It is therefore on Sunday, June 23 that the candidates for the Baccalaureate, who took the exams of the ordinary session from June 11 to 13, will be able to know the results.
It should be remembered that the consultation of the results, for all candidates, will be effective, on the website of the Ministry, www.men.gov.ma. However, the ministerial department of Saaïd Amzaz also specifies that the results will only be officially published through these aforementioned channels, without giving any details. It should be noted that the Baccalaureate registration rate for this academic year increased by 0.3% compared to 2018, with 441,065 registered, of whom 48% are girls.
