Morocco and Israel Plan Joint Military Base Near Spanish Enclave, Reports Say

The new agreement to be signed with Israel "goes beyond the Abraham Accords that Morocco has also signed with the United States in October 2020", which constitute "the defense roadmap" of the two countries until 2030.
