The competent authorities of Melilla reported on Saturday the discovery of a second rabid dog at the border with Morocco.
According to the department of social policies, this new case was diagnosed by the animal health and zoonosis unit. It is an adult medium-sized dog with short, black and white fur, spotted on April 8 in the beach area, near the border with Morocco, relays Ok Diario.
