Morocco and Israel Advance Cooperation with High-Level Meetings Across Key Sectors

The working groups between Morocco and Israel, set up as part of the resumption of relations between the two countries, are active in playing the role assigned to them. They will be responsible for concluding collaboration agreements in many areas.
The head of the Israeli liaison office in Rabat announced on Twitter that the Moroccan directors of the Departments of Foreign Affairs, Tourism, Energy, Agriculture, Industry, Water and Education met on Tuesday, February 23, with their Israeli counterparts. They focused on the strategies to be adopted to carry out their mission.
According to the telephone conversation that Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita had in January with the Israeli National Security Advisor, these working groups are tasked with proposing draft cooperation agreements in the fields of investment, agriculture, water, environment, tourism, science, innovation and energy.
