Morocco and Algeria to Clash in CHAN 2020 Qualifier Match

The Moroccan national football team will face its Algerian counterpart in the qualifiers for the African Nations Championship (CHAN) to be held in Ethiopia next year.
The first leg will take place in Algeria while the return leg will be played in Morocco, according to the draw that took place yesterday at the headquarters of the Confederation of African Football (CAF). The dates of these matches are not yet known.
In addition to Ethiopia, the host country, 47 African teams of local players will compete during the qualifying rounds for 15 qualified nations.
It should be noted that Morocco had won the 2018 CHAN by largely beating the Nigerian team 4-0.
