Morocco Aims to Secure Africa Cup of Nations Knockout Spot Against Comoros

Morocco is preparing to face the Comoros this Friday for their second group match of the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN). Objective: ensure victory to guarantee a place in the second round.
After their first victory obtained at the end of the first match against Ghana, the Atlas Lions will have to follow up against the Comoros, to continue their march towards the Grail. And the protégés of Vahid Halilhodzic are aware of this.
The task will not be easy against the Coelacanths of the Comoros, defeated in their first outing by Gabon. It is therefore a revengeful Comorian team that Morocco will face on Friday.
Fortunately, the coach will be able to count on a team, certainly with shortcomings, but very solid and motivated to go far in the competition.
Thanks to their motivation and their tactical discipline against Ghana, the Moroccan players imposed themselves after a saving goal from Boufal but above all a heroic Bounou.
But the Comoros Islands, after their first defeat, will surely be a little more realistic in this decisive match for the continuation of the adventure.
