Morocco Aims for Second Win in World Cup Prep Match Against Paraguay

After their brilliant performance against Chile (2-0), Morocco is getting back on track this Tuesday in a second match against Paraguay. The match, which is part of the preparations for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, will take place at 8 pm, at the Benito Villamarín stadium of Betis Seville.
For this second friendly match, Morocco has multiplied the training sessions. The objective is to follow up with a second victory after the one recorded against Chile and to please the Moroccan supporters who have planned to travel massively this Tuesday. National coach Walid Regragui should make changes and present a slightly different list from the one that played against Chile.
Even if Paraguay is not qualified for the World Cup, it remains a strong team with a lot of potential. As part of the preparations for the 2024 Copa America, the selection is coming off three unbeaten matches and hopes to confirm its invincibility against Morocco, a team qualified for the World Cup.
Against Paraguay, the Moroccan players will have to show discipline and endurance. South American teams are known for their combativeness. Considering that the match is already won in advance is a trap that Walid Regragui’s protégés must stay away from.
