Morocco Intensifies Training for Paraguay Clash Ahead of World Cup
After their first victory against Chile (2-0), there is no respite for the Moroccan players. Under the leadership of Walid Regragui, they are going through training sessions to be ready for Paraguay.
Even if these are just friendly matches, the Atlas Lions take these matches seriously as they serve as a barometer for the 2022 Qatar World Cup. For their second match against Paraguay, the Moroccan players have had several training sessions and hope to confirm with a victory on Tuesday in Seville that they are ready to face their opponents during the World Cup. Sunday’s session allowed the coach to review with them some technical and tactical aspects of the preparation.
It should be recalled that on Friday evening, against Chile, the goals of the match were scored by Soufiane Boufal in the 65th minute on a penalty and Abdelhamid Sabiri in the 78th minute on a huge shot. The Morocco-Paraguay match is this Tuesday at 6:30 pm in Seville.
