Since his arrest, an investigation was conducted by the National Brigade of the Judicial Police (BNPJ). The accused would be in the habit of this type of publication and is said to derive a monthly income of between 20,000 and 30,000 dirhams per month from it. The investigations also revealed that he had received significant money transfers from abroad in exchange for his activities, the King’s Prosecutor points out.
"Moul Kaskita" was brought before the court under arrest and will be prosecuted according to the law. He faces several charges, the most important of which are: public insults against individuals, indecent assault through obscene gestures and behavior, contempt of constitutional institutions and drug possession, the statement concludes.
