Moroccan YouTuber Arrested in Casablanca Cocaine Trafficking Bust
The judicial police services proceeded to arrest Mohamed Moutazakki for his alleged involvement in a case of possession and trafficking of cocaine.
The arrest took place in one of the villas on Roosevelt Avenue in Casablanca belonging to a woman who had given Mohamed Moutazakki the caretaker’s room. The judicial police services managed to apprehend him by following one of the cocaine dealers to his arrival at his home. During his arrest, the suspect was in possession of more than 20 packets of cocaine. Two other individuals were also arrested.
On Saturday, the judicial police services presented Mohamed Moutazakki under arrest before the King’s Prosecutor at the criminal court of Ain Sebaa. He is being prosecuted for the consumption of hard drugs and for mediation in the cocaine trade and for facilitating its use. The King’s Prosecutor ordered his detention and that of the other arrested persons. Their trial began yesterday, Monday, July 22.
