Moroccan Women’s Boxing Team Sends Six Athletes to World Championships in Turkey

From May 6 to 21, six boxers, members of the Moroccan women’s boxing national team, are participating in the world championships taking place in Turkey.
In a press release, the Royal Moroccan Boxing Federation indicated that it is Yassmine Moutaqui (under 48 kg), Zahra Zahraoui (–54 kg), Widad Bertal (–57 kg), Chaimae Ghadi (−60 kg), Oumaima Belhabib (–66 kg) and Khadija El Mardi (+ 81 kg).
Currently in Turkey, the Moroccan boxers are undergoing a training camp under the direction of the national coaches Abdelhak Achik and Youssef Sourour, which will end on May 5 in order to allow the representatives of Morocco to raise their level and try to bring back medals.
