Moroccan Boxers Clinch Gold and Silver at Mediterranean Games

Friday, July 1st brought luck to the Moroccan boxers participating in the Mediterranean Games currently taking place in Oran. Two of them won two medals, including one gold.
The Moroccan boxer Chaymae Rhaddi won the silver medal in the 60 kg boxing tournament on Friday, as part of the Mediterranean Games held in Oran.
On the same day, the Moroccan boxer Mohamed Hamout won the gold medal, still in the under 60 kg category, by defeating the Frenchman Michel Grau in the final.
This is the second gold medal won by Morocco during these games after the one won earlier in the day by Mohcine Outalha in the half marathon. Morocco now has 21 medals, including 2 gold, 6 silver and 13 bronze.
