Moroccan Tourists Can Visit the Philippines Visa-Free for 30 Days
The Philippines remains visa-free for Moroccan tourists for stays of up to thirty days. The Moroccan passport is still on the official list of eligible nationalities. However, travelers must have a passport valid for long enough and a return ticket.

The Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs confirms the exemption on its official portal. Holders of a Moroccan passport can therefore make a short stay in the archipelago without applying for a visa at a consulate.
Two conditions apply. The passport must remain valid for at least six months beyond the planned period of stay. Travelers must also have a ticket to return to their country of origin or continue their journey to another destination.
For travel to a third country, a transit ticket is therefore sufficient to show that the traveler will leave the Philippines. The initial authorized stay remains thirty days.
This travel option was already among the destinations Moroccans can visit without a visa. It remains part of the Philippine visa-exemption regime, based on Executive Order No. 408.
A free declaration to complete before arrival
Before boarding, tourists must also register on eTravel, the official traveler declaration system. This requirement applies to foreign passengers arriving in the Philippines and must be completed within the seventy-two hours before arrival.
Registration is free. Once the form has been completed, travelers must keep the QR code they receive by downloading it, taking a screenshot or printing it. They will be asked to show it before boarding. The official portal specifies that no payment is required for this declaration.
For those wishing to stay longer, the Philippine Bureau of Immigration provides for an initial twenty-nine-day extension for tourists admitted under the exemption regime. Once approved, their stay can therefore reach fifty-nine days.
The application requires a form, a passport and the documents required by the authorities. It can be submitted to the relevant offices; the official immigration services portal also offers an online procedure, with payment of the applicable fees.
