Moroccan Striker En-Nesyri Breaks Ronaldo’s Vertical Jump Record in World Cup Upset

During the match against Portugal which resulted in a historic victory for Morocco (1-0), Moroccan international Youssef En-Nesyri dethroned Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo by jumping 2.78 m to score the only goal of the match.
In addition to the first qualification of Morocco in the semi-finals of the World Cup, there is also a record that was set by Youssef En-Nesyri, the hero of the match. He jumped over 2.78 m high to score the only goal of the match between the Atlas Lions and Portugal.
With this feat, the Sevilla striker has become not only the scorer with the greatest vertical jump on a goal, but he has also beaten a record held until now by Cristiano Ronaldo. The latter had scored his goal with Juventus Turin against Sampdoria in 2019 by rising 2.63 m high.
