Viral Moroccan Girl Now Cheers for Ronaldo’s Al Nassr After World Cup Encounter
The little Moroccan girl whose video went viral on social networks after the elimination of Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portugal by Morocco in the World Cup in Qatar, was seen encouraging Al Nassr, the Saudi club where the Portuguese now plays, in a video shared on the official account of the Arab Super League.
In the video in question, we see the Moroccan minor and other children cheering on the Al Nassr club where the Portuguese star has been playing since the beginning of this year, reports Marca. "He cries in his car, poor Cristiano," the young girl had declared, interviewed at the end of the Morocco-Portugal quarter-final match at the World Cup in Qatar, won by Morocco by the smallest of margins.
Her reaction had generated a lot of comments on social media and the interview video was shared by millions of internet users. A few days later, the young girl had to post another video to explain that it was a joke, specifying that Cristiano Ronaldo was a great footballer.
