Moroccan Striker Ayoub Jabbari Signs First Pro Contract with Ligue 2’s SM Caen

Moroccan international Ayoub Jabbari has joined Stade Malherbe Caen in Ligue 2, on a professional contract until 2023.
This transfer is the young Moroccan striker’s first professional contract in Europe, reports the French sports press, citing SM Caen.
The former AS Far in Morocco was spotted by Djibi Diao, one of SM Caen’s scouts, during a friendly match wearing the Chartres jersey, where he was on trial at the start of the season.
With this new contract, Ayoub Jabbari, 20, will initially play with the reserve team, before being able to knock on the door of the professional group.
For his new club, Ayoub Jabbari is a powerful striker with high potential who has good physical qualities. "It’s a rather atypical profile that we don’t have at all with us," acknowledges Yohan Eudeline, the sports director.
