Moroccan Stars Hakimi and Ziyech Named to IFFHS African Team of the Year 2021

Hakim Ziyech, and Achraf Hakimi are among the eleven players in the African team of the year 2021, unveiled on Thursday by the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS).
Authors of fine performances during the year that is coming to an end, these two Moroccan internationals are among the eleven African cracks gathered by the IFFHS to draw up the team of the year 2021.
At PSG since last July, Hakimi has 3 goals and 3 assists, in all competitions. Rarely used at Chelsea, Hakim Ziyech, for his part, has a record of 3 goals and 4 assists.
The African dream team also includes Senegalese Sadio Mané (Liverpool) Edouard Mendy (Chelsea) and Kalidou Koulibaly (Naples), Idrissa Gueye (PSG), and Algerian Riyad Mahrez (Manchester City).
Also part of this team are the Egyptian Mohamed Salah (Liverpool), the Ivorians Franck Kessié (AC Milan) and Sébastien Haller (Ajax d’Amsterdam), and the Malian Amadou Haidara (Leipzig).
