Moroccan Stars Aguerd and Boufal Score in Ligue 1 Matches Despite Mixed Team Results

Moroccan internationals, Nayef Aguerd and Sofiane Boufal, delivered good performances in their respective clubs, during the fifth round of Ligue 1. The two players scored goals in last weekend’s matches.
Nayef Aguerd opened the scoring for Stade Rennais in the match against Troyes, thus scoring his second goal in two games, after his goal against Strasbourg last weekend. But this goal from the Moroccan international did not allow the Red and Blacks to win against Troyes. The match ended in a draw (2-2).
As for Sofiane Boufal, he saved the honor of his team by scoring on a penalty. Despite this goal from the Moroccan and a collective game appreciated by the French press, the Angevins lost to OGC Nice (1-2).
