Moroccan Star Ziyech’s Market Value Plummets to €5 Million

The market value of Moroccan footballer Hakim Ziyech has further decreased. His current situation within the Turkish club Galatasaray seems to have contributed to this.
It has dropped from 7 million euros to 5 million euros, according to TransferMarkt. In 2019, when he was playing for Ajax Amsterdam, his value reached a peak of 50 million euros. His transfer to Chelsea did not maintain this momentum, and his stint at Galatasaray also seems to have had a negative impact on his rating.
Speculation about a possible departure of Ziyech from Galatasaray during the next winter transfer window is intensifying. Tensions are perceptible between the player and the club. Ziyech’s recent statements expressing his dissatisfaction with his situation in the team have accentuated this impression.
Several clubs are seeking to secure his services: whether in Ligue 1 with Rennes, in the English championship or even in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. But the Moroccan player’s salary demands are currently too high.
