Moroccan Star Hakim Ziyech Joins Qatar’s Al-Duhail After Galatasaray Exit

Released from his contract with Galatasaray (Turkey), Ziyech is therefore joining the Qatari championship. The official announcement was made this afternoon by Al-Duhail, who welcomed their new recruit with a carefully prepared image and video.

In the image, we can see Ziyech accompanied by the title "The Magician". The video, on the other hand, traces the player’s career, highlighting a highlight of his career: when he had offered his trophy for best player in the Netherlands (2017-2018 season) to his mother, after an exceptional season under the colors of Ajax Amsterdam.

While the Qatari club did not disclose the contract duration, we know that Ziyech had several offers, from Europe and the Gulf. It is ultimately Al-Duhail who managed to convince the player, eager to regain his best level in a new championship.
