Moroccan-Spanish Woman Caught Smuggling 200,000 Euros at Border Crossing

A Moroccan residing abroad (MRE) was apprehended by customs services at the Sebta border crossing, in northern Morocco.
Accused of attempting to smuggle currency, she had about 200,000 euros on her that she was trying to bring into Spain.
According to sources cited by Alyaoum24, this Moroccan national, who also holds Spanish nationality, was in her car.
As in such cases, the sum was confiscated by the customs services for an offense. She will have to justify the origin of the money and pay a heavy fine.
