Moroccan Soccer Star Oussama Falouh Dies at 24 After Road Accident

Admitted to intensive care following a road accident that occurred on October 11, Oussama Falouh, a player for Wydad de Casablanca, died on Thursday.
In a message posted on social media, the Casablanca club paid tribute to him. "With great sadness, the board of directors of Wydad received the news of the death of the player Oussama Falouh. On this sad occasion, Mr. Saïd El Nasiri, on behalf of all the members of his office, the players, the technical team, the administrative staff and all the employees, presents his condolences to the family of the deceased, his loved ones and all the supporters of Wydad," it is written.
The accident occurred when the car in which the 24-year-old player was traveling with several other young people collided with a truck. He had initially been transferred to the emergency room of Ibn Rochd Hospital, before being moved to a private clinic following the intervention of the club officials.
