Moroccan Soccer Star Ibtissam Jraidi Joins Saudi Arabia’s Al-Ahli Club

Moroccan international Ibtissam Jraidi has just left the national championship to sign with Al-Ahli, a team in the Saudi Women’s Premier League.
The now former AS FAR player has been recruited for two years, announced the management of the Saudi club based in Jeddah. However, the amount of the transfer is unknown.
At 30 years old, the Moroccan striker already has good experience at the national and continental levels. At the national level, the player has won nine women’s league titles and eight throne cups. These various performances have allowed her to win several trophies this year.
At the continental level, she helped AS FAR win the 2022 CAF Women’s Champions League. Thanks to her, Morocco finished second in the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations and also booked their very first ticket to the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia/New Zealand.
At Al-Ahli, the Moroccan striker will contribute to the club’s return to the championship. After 7 matches this season, the club has only 6 points.
