Moroccan Soccer Clubs Advance in African Champions League and Confederation Cup

Moroccan clubs competing in the various African competitions have qualified for the next round.
Moroccan clubs are making an honorable figure in the CAF Champions League and the CAF Confederation Cup. In total, four clubs have secured their ticket for the next round.
After its draw against Al Nasr Benghazi (1-1), on Saturday, September 28, at the Mohammed V Complex in Casablanca, Raja Casablanca qualified for the group stage. In the first leg, the club had beaten its opponent 2-1.
Wydad Casablanca is the second club that is making the Moroccan flag shine in the CAF Champions League. This club is playing at home on Monday, September 30, against the Mauritanian club of Nouadhibou. In the first leg, the Moroccans won 2-0.
As for the Renaissance Sportive de Berkane, it obtained its qualification for the next round after beating the Ghanaians of Ashanti gold (2-0) in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The Hassania d’Agadir is also part of this competition. After its failure against the Libyans of Al Ittihad (0-0), it was able to recover thanks to the result of the first leg (1-1).
