Moroccan Singer Dounia Batma Questioned in Celebrity Harassment Case
Moroccan singer Dounia Batma has been summoned by the Judicial Police for her involvement in a case of harassment and threats against personalities in Morocco.
According to Rue20, the artist arrived this week at the police station in Casablanca to answer for her alleged relationship with the author of an Instagram page where the scandals and private videos of celebrities are published.
Several complaints related to the publication of dangerous personal data have been filed by senior officials, ministers and businessmen against the author of the page.
Dounia Batma is suspected of being in contact with him, especially since no photo or video damaging the singer’s reputation has been posted on the said page.
Known as Hamza mon bb, the author of the page, a Moroccan residing abroad (MRE), was arrested by the Judicial Police at the Al Massira Airport in Agadir.
