Moroccan Singer Dounia Batma Refutes Police Summons in "Hamza mon bb" Case

Singer Dounia Batma has provided a formal denial regarding her alleged summons by the National Brigade of the Judicial Police (BNPJ) in the "Hamza mon bb" case.
It is on her Instagram account that the singer Dounia Batma reacted to the information reporting a summons that would have been addressed to her in the context of the "Hamza mon bb" case. According to her, she has not been summoned by the National Brigade of the Judicial Police (BNPJ).
A few days ago, the daily Akhbar Al Yaoum reported that the singer Dounia Batma had received a summons for a case concerning her following a complaint filed by the National Center for Human Rights, last July, with the Attorney General of the King near the Court of Appeal of Marrakech for defamation and insults on social networks. The president of the center and some of its lawyers, members of its office, accused her of being behind the "Hamza mon bb" accounts on Snapchat and Instagram due to a dispute that opposes them.
