Moroccan Singer Dounia Batma Lashes Out at Critics on Social Media
Singer Dounia Batma is very upset with her detractors and critics. Their behavior and defamatory remarks would, according to her, have forced her to "become cruel".
The star harbors a deep sense of bitterness towards her adversaries. Accompanying her post on Instagram with a photo of her and her sister Ibtissam, Dounia claimed that these people have caused indelible scars.
"No thanks to those who wrongly accused us, defamed us, touched our dignity, defended injustice and those who separated a mother and her child. No thanks to those who trampled on us and reported false gossip about us. We entrust ourselves to God. Each will have his retribution on earth before the hereafter."
"It’s you who made me cruel, but within the legal limits," she added, stressing that the circumstances have transformed her into an "iron lady who draws her strength from the hatred of others." "You pretend to forget, but I will never forget. The truth will soon come to light," she concluded.
