Moroccan Singer Dounia Batma Mourns Loss of Husband’s Uncle

Two months after losing her uncle, Hassan, following a long illness, the Moroccan star has been struck by the death of her husband Mohamed Turc’s uncle. A person who held a privileged place in her heart, according to her words.

"May God have him in His holy mercy, my uncle Ali Kamal Turc. My husband’s uncle has just left this world, may God welcome him into His vast paradise. He had a big heart. We all love you Uncle Ali," she wrote on her Instagram account.

Recall that the appeal trial of Dounia Batma and her sister Ibtissam should resume next week at the Marrakech Court of Appeal. Prosecuted at liberty, the star was sentenced to 8 months in prison and a fine of 10,000 dirhams.
